Kids say the darndest things, but can also get hurt or even accidently hurt someone else. Making sure all players, parents and spectators all follow these general rules before entering a Sports Den OX location will benefit everyone, every season, all the time.

If the rules can not be followed, we understand this program may not be for you.
1) NO PUNCHING, BITING, THROWING, KICKING OR VIOLATION OF UNITED STATES SOCCER FEDERATION (RULES 14)

2) NO SWEARING, RACIST OR FOUL LANGUAGE OR VIOLATION OF USSF

3) PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR TRASH, FOOD OR DRINKS.

4) PLEASE FOLLOW ALL PROPERTY AND BUILDING CODE RULES AND PROCEDURES WHILE PARTCIPATING AT ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT.

COVID 19 RELATED REFUNDS:

NO REFUNDS will be given from the result of any government order, executive order, or management decision that results in the closure of any or all of our operating facilities to preserve the safety of it's occupants. Should a 'PAUSE' be required during the middle of a semester, NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be provided, however, classes will resume once we are given the clear to do so. This policy will supersede all other refund policies should it go into effect.

NO REFUNDS will be provided for any changes in local, state, or federal laws/orders/rulings that alter current safety protocols, including face coverings and/or social distancing. We have an obligation to our customers and our staff to adhere to all changes as they happen.

HEALTH GUIDELINE RELATED REFUNDS:
If you asked yourself during the season, "Can my child play soccer today?" then this information is directly related to your inquiry. We understand that people get sick, hurt or ill that results a missed class or an entire season to be passed without attending one session. Even though company policy sometimes conflicts with human ethical standards, we still have an obligation to our players and parents. By keeping everyone healthy and safe, we can all have a great time together this season. I appreciate your understanding.
